How to stamp a PDF in under 60 seconds

Steps

   Open Sealify and upload your PDF

   Go to app.sealifypdf.com and drag in a PDF up to 15 MB. Nothing is uploaded to a server.

   Build or choose your stamp

   Create a circle, oval, rectangle, or corner seal with your company name, colour, and optional logo.

   Place the stamp on the page

   Drag the stamp to the right spot and resize with the corner handle. Adjust opacity and blend if you want a printed look.

   Download the stamped PDF

   Export the file. Optionally flatten the page for a scan-like result, then send or file the PDF.

Why stamp a PDF digitally?

Tips for a realistic stamp

Use Blend stamp so the seal sits into the page instead of looking like a hard sticker. Lower opacity slightly if the page is already busy. Flatten PDF only when the recipient needs a scan-like image of the whole page.
