How to add an official seal to a PDF

Prepare your seal text
Use the registered company name and any short line you normally put in the seal centre.

Choose circle or oval, set colour and optional logo, and preview on the page.

Position like a wet seal
Place near the signature block or certification area. Resize so it matches your physical seal roughly.

Export and send
Download the stamped PDF. Use blend for a printed look, or flatten when a scan-like page is required.
Where official seals usually go
On letters and certificates, seals sit near the signatory block or lower corner. On multi-page packs, stamp every page that your process requires — Sealify lets you place seals per page before export.
Contracts and compliance
A digital seal shows organisational issuance. It does not automatically satisfy every statutory “common seal” or notarisation rule. When the law or a counterparty demands a wet-ink seal, follow that process; use Sealify for everyday PDFs where a clear company mark is enough.
